Return Policy

All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative within 15 days of delivery.

No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been used. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of receipts, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our shipping and handling along with processing fee’s.

All special order items are non-returnable

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / pick ticket.

Parts must be in new, resalable condition, and in their original packing. NO PAINTED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refuses delivery of an order will be required to pay the additional return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders are shipped.

Warranties

All merchandise sold by Best Value Auto Body Supply is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise.
All other accessories are subject to a 30-day warranty, light bulbs 90 day. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Best Value Auto Body Supply, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.

No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by the product to any persons or your vehicle. Use it at your own risk.
We highly recommend that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. We are not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.
